For more than 2 decades, Link High has provided IT and cybersecurity services to small- to mid-sized businesses in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Leadership Team

Victor W. Liu

President

Victor is a 25-year veteran of the IT industry. Previously President of Global Villager, Victor joined Link High Technologies as President in 1992 and used his skills as a visionary business leader to quickly transform the company from a computer repair shop to an IT consulting firm. Victor has a passion for learning, holding a BA from the University of California at Berkeley, a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, and certifications in Citrix, Microsoft, and Novell Technologies. He is also a certified HIPAA Security Professional. Victor also supports a number of local charities and nonprofit organizations including the Spina Bifida Resource Network.

Michael Brands, CISSP

Director of Information Security 

Michael is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional with over 20 years of experience in IT.  He has spent the past 10 years managing networks and security in highly regulated banking environments.  Michael oversees all aspects of Link High’s information security services including managed security solutions, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and compliance remediation.  When Michael isn’t focused on security and compliance, he enjoys playing guitar, video games, watching football, and most importantly spending time with his wife and son.

Drew DiGiesi

Service Delivery & Project Manager

Drew DiGiesi has been working in the IT Industry for more than 14 years. Over the course of his career, he has planned and implemented numerous upgrades, installations and migrations of both hardware and software for various small to mid-sized businesses. Drew’s background as a consultant has given him the skills to efficiently and effectively support a wide variety of desktop, server, network, mobile devices and remote connectivity issues. Drew brings excellent problem-solving abilities and excellent client communication skills to the Link High team and he’s highly focused on customer satisfaction.

Ruth Torres

Office Administrator

Ruth Torres joined Link High Technologies in 2009, bringing more than 20 years of supervisory, administrative and managerial experience in merchandising, management, system operations, purchasing and corporate network services. Link High Technologies depends on Ruth to handle all accounting, purchasing and human resource duties. Ruth resides in Sparta, New Jersey with her loving family.

Rolando Montalvo

Remote Support & NOC Manager

Rolando serves many roles at Link High and is a valued member of our remote support team as the lead technician. His main duties as Senior Network Operations Manager are in the management of all automation procedures and reporting for clients. His background in various managed service provider roles as well as in internal IT departments brings a wealth of information to the Link High team. When he’s not helping our clients, he can be found with his young children searching for Pokemons at different parks in NJ, as well gaming or watching wrestling.
