Victor W. Liu
Victor is a 27-year veteran of the IT industry. Previously President of Global Villager, Victor joined Link High Technologies as President in 1992 and used his skills as a visionary business leader to quickly transform the company from a computer repair shop to an IT consulting firm. Victor has a passion for learning, holding a BA from the University of California at Berkeley, a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, and certifications in Citrix, Microsoft, and Novell Technologies. He is a certified HIPAA Security Professional and Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP). Victor also supports a number of local charities and nonprofit organizations including the Spina Bifida Resource Network and is a volunteer on the Westfield Technology Advisory Committee.
VICE PRESIDENT & CFO
Jennifer has a strong and proven track record in both finance and human resources with 25+ years at Directv Latin American as Vice President-Treasurer and Vice President- Human Resources. Jennifer has an MBA from Seton Hall university and BS in Accounting from Rutgers University.
In her spare time, she volunteers her time as treasurer for Wilson Elementary PTO, Daisy Troop Co-leader for the Girl Scouts, and Co Chair of the Access and Inclusivity Council for the Town of Westfield.
DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SERVICES
Rolando serves many roles at Link High and is a valued leader of our remote support and NOC team. His main duties as Senior Network Operations Manager are in the management of all automation procedures and reporting for clients. His background in various managed service provider roles as well as in internal IT departments brings a wealth of information to the Link High team. When he’s not helping our clients, he can be found with his young children searching for Pokemons at different parks in NJ, as well gaming or watching wrestling.
