With 31 years of experience in the IT industry, Victor has been a stalwart presence. Formerly President of Global Villager, he assumed the role of President at Link High Technologies in 1992. Leveraging his visionary leadership, Victor swiftly transitioned the company from a computer repair shop to a dynamic IT consulting firm.
Holding a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, Victor is a lifelong learner. His certifications in Citrix, Microsoft, and Novell Technologies, along with being a certified HIPAA Security Professional, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), and CyberAB Registered Practitioner CMMC certification underscore his expertise.
Passionate about community service, Victor supports various local charities and nonprofit organizations, including the Spina Bifida Resource Network, and actively volunteers on the Westfield Technology Advisory Committee.
Jennifer boasts a robust and demonstrated history in finance and human resources, accumulating over 25 years of experience at Directv Latin American, where she held the positions of Vice President-Treasurer and Vice president of Resources. Holding an MBA from Seton Hall University and a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University, Jennifer is well-qualified in her field.
In her free time, she dedicates herself to volunteering as the treasurer for Wilson Elementary PTO, serving as Daisy Troop Co-leader for the Girl Scouts, and holding the position of Co-Chair of the Access and Inclusivity Council for the Town of Westfield.
Steve brings extensive sales experience, including 14 years with a Microsoft Dynamics VAR, building a reseller channel for BlackStratus Cybersecurity, and as a consultant helping small businesses stand out in a crowded marketplace.
In his personal time, he enjoys visiting his two daughters in Washington DC, off-roading, air shows, and auto racing.
