What services can you provide to a non-profit organization?

Link High provides substantial discounts to our non-profit organizations. Link High has been in business for over 13 years now and has worked with dozens of non-profit organizations and is familiar with many non-profit software packages such as Blackbaud and PledgeMaker.


Do you provide free consultations throughout our term of service?

As the owner of LHT, I personally meet with all the clients who have service contracts with us ever quarter to review their technology plans for the current year and for the future. All clients, regardless of contract status, have access to our account executive for free consultations.


What happens if my company moves to another location after signing up with you?

Link High Technologies currently services the Greater New York/New Jersey Metropolitan Area, as well as parts of Pennsylvania . If your company's new location is not in the service coverage area, Link High will refer your company to a reputable service provider in your new area. Link High Technologies Inc. is part of a national computer service organization and is able to refer clients to partners located in 40 states. Any unused service contract amounts will be refunded.


Do you clean up viruses already on my system?

All new clients receive a through system check which includes anti-virus, spyware and routine server/workstation maintenance.


Do you have discount rates for multiple contracts?

Link High provides discounts to clients who sign up both for our managed services and on-site service contracts. Additionally, additional branch office locations receive discounts as well.


What types of service contracts do you offer?

Link High Technologies provides two types of service contracts that may be used individually or together for maximum network uptime:

  • Managed Services: LHT provides remote monitoring of your servers and workstations 24/7 to ensure maximum network uptime.
  • On-Site Service Contracts: LHT provides on-site service for computer repair, workstation additions, server upgrades and enhancements.
